Aye Breathe
Aye Breathe was born of recognising that (1) too many of us don’t feel welcome in outdoor spaces and (2) good wellbeing can be strengthened by learning to move our bodies.
We strongly believe that everyone has the right to feel safe and confident in exploring nature and themselves. To be welcomed enthusiastically to dance, to swim, to forage, to cycle, to do yoga, to skate, to camp, to hill-walk, to climb, to get their hands dirty, to play in nature, to breathe.
Our community is here to support you on all these adventures - or just help develop greater skill in a favourite!
Our primary objectives at Aye Breathe are:
to build a movement based outdoor community in which all are welcome
to create a nonjudgmental space to try new things
to support self-confidence in nature through skillbuilding
To introduce people to resources and organisations that further support them
and to share in the wellbeing that comes from interacting with nature
